Quality Issues:

For quality-related issues, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Quality Issues:
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than quality issues.
Custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless there is a quality issue.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging, and that all tags are attached. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
